Accommodations Guests at The Lodge at Palisades Creek can cozy up in rustically luxurious individual log cabins, each located within "casting distance" of the Snake River. We have a total of nine charmingly furnished cabins plus the South Fork House, a larger A-frame, that sits directly on the river with its own open deck. The South Fork House is fun for families or small groups -- two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a pull-out living room couch. It was grandfathered in on the now-protected Snake River bank - where no future building is allowed. To heighten the "away-from-it-all" experience, each cabin purposefully does not offer: Telephone TV Internet …but, if you're desperate, cell phones do work. Each cabin also offers plenty of clear air, sun, sky and grass to assure privacy and a delicious sense of glorious remoteness. And each cabin is near the tackle shop, lounge and dining room and each has its own private drive.
