The Lodge at Palisades Creek serves delicious "Wild West" inspired gourmet dinners created by our chef. Beautifully presented fish and steak entrées are accompanied by organically-grown local vegetables and fruits, irresistible calorific desserts and hearty wines.
Breakfasts are served in the "Cowboy Bar," a refurbished antique diner. But there is no breakfast menu. In addition to a cornucopia of healthy fresh pastries and juice, just tell us your ideal breakfast and we'll make it to order. Chocolate chip pancakes? Asparagus frittata? No problem. We also bake our own great bread.
Picnic lunches are cleverly prepared and sent with guests in individual coolers for their day of fishing or hiking.
Superb dinners are prepared by the chef nightly and served in the Dining Room or the Liar's Den by the chef and his professional staff, each of whom are dedicated to presenting an outstanding real Western dining experience.
The "open bar" offers a wide range of excellent wine's, scotch's, whiskey's, gin's and vodka's. If you would like something special or a bottle we don't have in stock, just let us know and we will purchase it on your behalf and have it waiting for you.
Your day begins at the lodge in the "Cowboy Bar". Hot coffee or tea and fresh pastries are served every morning along with fresh fruit, cereals and milk. We offer a superb continental breakfast for a light breakfast option along with your option to order anything you would like. Our unlimited menu includes your favorite breakfast every morning. The Lodge chef has pancakes, omelets, bacon, sausage, Idaho potato hash browns, and anything else you desire before heading out on the Blue Ribbon Trout waters. Come on in we just brewed a fresh pot of coffee for you.
Lunches at the lodge are the best in the west. Every lunch comes in an insulated box with a handi-wipe and spork pack, napkin, hard candy, mayonnaise, mustard, fresh cookie, chips, candy bar, fresh fruit, a variety of salads, peanuts, and a wrap or sandwich. The "Dip in the Road Wrap" is a favorite with roast beef, horseradish sauce, cheddar cheese and lettuce. As well as our herb roasted chicken or our curry chicken wrap. We also supply water and sodas to keep you hydrated during your glorious day of fishing or mountain activities.
As our guests arrive back at the "Lodge" we chauffeur them back to the front door of their private cabin. A beverage and snacks await you in your room to quench your thirst after a full day of activities. After freshening up, stroll on up to the lodge for a beverage, snack and to tell of the one that got away, or didn't get away. We will offer an appetizer to you before you sit for your incredible dinner meal. We have indoor and outdoor seating. Friends you might see when you dine include our amazing hummingbird population, osprey, bald eagles and the occasional big game. Dining in the Lodge is always an experience. We always have an incredible chef from the large pool of talent in the Jackson Hole area. This year, Chef Bob Swanson, a truly wonderful person will be your Chef. The dining dress is casual but the food is world class.
