Stay in Rustic Luxury
Guests at The Lodge at Palisades Creek can cozy up in our rustically luxurious individual log cabins, each located within “casting distance” of the Snake River. 13 private cabins dot the river bank allowing unmatched serenity between marvelous days on the river.
For families or small groups, we offer the “South Fork House” and the “On River Time Cabin”. These larger cabins offer more bedrooms and bathrooms for incredible memories with more friends under one roof. Details of all accommodations are below.
Lodging Policies
Shoulder season discounts are offered in May and are automatically discounted at checkout if you reserve online.

Lodging rates include cabin rental, two meals(Breakfast & Dinner), all beverages, wines and spirits, and Lodge activities such as mountain biking, hiking, casting and use of the Conference Center(Liar’s Den). Additional activities such as golf, horseback riding, whitewater rafting or scenic tours can be arranged for our guests but please advise when booking as many regional activities require reservations.
If you book a package trip via our website guided fishing will be included in your cart automatically. Taxes are also calculated at checkout.
Not included in the room rate (If you book off-line):
- 11% Idaho Lodging and Sales Tax On lodging and purchases only
- Guided fishing and guide gratuity (We ask that you please tip your guide with cash at the end of each day or the last day of your trip.)
- Our policy is to add one 15% Staff Gratuity to the final lodging bill to be distributed to all non guiding staff.
- Transportation to and from the lodge is not included in package rates. If you have questions about transportation please give us a call. Options include rental cars, Uber, Lyft, Taxi, and shuttle services from Jackson Hole or Idaho Falls.
Reservation, Pet & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or no-shows the day of trip requires full payment.
- All Lodging Bookings require a 50% deposit.
- Lodging cancellations made 45 days prior the scheduled booking(s) are eligible for deposit refund.
- The deposit will become non-refundable within 45 days of scheduled booking(s).
- Cancellations within 15 days of scheduled booking(s) require full payment.
- Late arrivals and/or early departures are liable for the full amount of the original booking(s).
- Day trips (Non-Lodging Bookings) require full payment and are non-refundable.
Pet Policy
- TLAPC allows domestic pets in specified cabins. No livestock.
- Pets are not allowed in boats during fishing.
- A 40.00 a night fee will be added to your bill for cleanup.
- An outdoor portable kennel can be provided for guests with dogs. The dog will stay in the kennel during guest fishing trip. Housekeeping will check on your pet once a day for food and water.
- Owners are responsible for removing animal waste on the property.
- Pets will be allowed in guest’s cabin if weather turns bad while guest is fishing.
- Pets are not allowed at the lodge during meal times.
- Any damage or soiling will incur extra charges.
- Pets that bite the staff or guests will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
All-Inclusive lodging rates include guided fishing, cabin, breakfast, dinner, and all beverages “alcoholic & non”.
Private Cabins
Our riverside cabins offer private space and plenty of room for our guests. All cabins and rooms can be set with two twin beds or one king size bed. There is a private bathroom in each. All cabins have an outdoor sitting deck with chairs and a table. We’ll help you select the perfect cabin for your trip or group.
"On River Time" Cabin
In the spring of 2017 The On River Time Cabin was completed. Through a joint effort this amazing 501c3 charity formed by esteemed Lodge Guest Steve Davis, and many donors completed a fabulous 4 bedroom, 4 bath “Cabin”. Each room has a private bathroom, external and internal locked access to each room. A lounge area exists for guests to relax in the middle of the building. The ORT Cabin has expansive decks in the front and back, great for an evening cocktail before dinner. The back deck overlooks the Lodge’s private pond stocked with trophy trout. Much of the furnishings were made by locally. The Cabin is also close to our fly shop and Liar’s Den party room for early morning and late night convenience. This is a great place for families and guests who are familiar with each other. Complete privacy is easily accomplished or open all the doors and everyone can be together.
South Fork House - "A-Frame"
The South Fork House is our premier rental. The A-frame style house has two bedrooms, two baths, and an incredible deck that sits twenty feet over the river. The master bedroom and well appointed sitting area sit right next to Palisades Creek and have private access to a full master bath. This house also has a wet bar and small refrigerator. Up the winding log staircase is the second bedroom and a full bath. Additional space for kids can be made with a roll away bed or there are two couches with pull out beds.
There is plenty of room here to gather your group for a cocktail or meeting before or after your day of fishing. We have a gorgeous bridge over Palisades Creek for your walk back to the Lodge for meals and meeting your guides.
